How to Creat a Test Tube Baby
62Test tube babies are becoming more common now a days as parents without kids seek more aggressive ways to have their own kids. These couples can not conceive a child because the male sperm can not reach the egg in a female and therefore can not fertilize the egg. A woman can not become pregnant if her fallopian tube is blocked and can not passes the egg or a male does not have enough healthy sperm count.
Test tube baby is created by a technique of fertilising a human egg outside the body of a woman who is unable to conceive a child. The process is called IVF and it works only for the relatively small number of women who have blocked fallopian tubes but have a healthy womb. The first step in IVF process is to determine the timing of woman's menstrual cycle and then woman is prepared for a minor operation that takes place just before her egg is about to release. She also go through a series of hormone treatments before the operation. The doctor inserts a device called laparoscope through a small opening in the abdomen. Laparoscope allows the surgeon to see the reproductive organs and egg, surgeon then sucks out the egg through the laparoscope. The egg is then placed in a dish which contains special nutrients which help the egg to stay alive and healthy and then they put it in an incubator. In the meantime they collect semen from the father and put the sperm in a salt solution to keep its bacteria active and alive.
This male semen and salt solution is then mixed with the egg which was kept in the incubator. The sperm then breaks outer layers of the egg and begin to unite with the egg. This process takes about 24 hours. Once the egg is fertilized, it does not allow another sperm to enter into it and begins to split and grow to become the early stages of an embryo. At this stage the egg is then transferred into woman's womb with the help of a powerful microscope. The egg is inserted by a gynaecologist where it continues to grow and becomes a baby.
